Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Monitor Office infrastructure
- Develop, communicate and drive Service improvement plans to maintain an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on rapid growth
- Manage customer interaction with utmost professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness
- Maintain files and databases
- Monitor office operations
- Track office supply inventory
- Supervise housekeeping and security personnel
- Coordinate with the accounts department on bills settlement and invoicing etc.
- Coordinate with HR department on recruitment drives
- Coordinate with IT department on Boot camp arrangement
- Monitoring of office utilities/inventory
- Housekeeping and general maintenance
- Supervision security and housekeeping management
- Maintain management information systems (manual or computerized)
- Manage petty cash and reimbursements
- Responsible for liaison with Internal and external customers
- Responsible for all communication tasks for the company and related duties
- Travel arrangement and facility management
- Handle all Administration and Procurement related function for the Organization
Skills:
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Highly organized and flexible
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Maintain staff confidentiality
- Working knowledge of email, scheduling and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to work 6 days a week
- Any graduate with first class throughout academics
- Operations Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 support model
- Demonstrate quantitative and analytical skills, and collaboration with various teams
- 6 months – 2 years of experience
