JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for highly motivated Office Admin Executive
Responsibilities
  • Monitor Office infrastructure
  • Develop, communicate and drive Service improvement plans to maintain an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on rapid growth
  • Manage customer interaction with utmost professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness
  • Maintain files and databases
  • Monitor office operations
  • Track office supply inventory
  • Supervise housekeeping and security personnel
  • Coordinate with the accounts department on bills settlement and invoicing etc.
  • Coordinate with HR department on recruitment drives
  • Coordinate with IT department on Boot camp arrangement
  • Monitoring of office utilities/inventory
  • Housekeeping and general maintenance
  • Supervision security and housekeeping management
  • Maintain management information systems (manual or computerized)
  • Manage petty cash and reimbursements
  • Responsible for liaison with Internal and external customers
  • Responsible for all communication tasks for the company and related duties
  • Travel arrangement and facility management
  • Handle all Administration and Procurement related function for the Organization

  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintain staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Ability to work 6 days a week
Candidate Profile:
  • Any graduate with first class throughout academics
  • Operations Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 support model
  • Demonstrate quantitative and analytical skills, and collaboration with various teams
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience
