JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for highly motivated Systems Administrators. The position requires strong technical and communication skills.

· Implement and manage a large IT infrastructure consists of Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012, SharePoint 2013, Windows Azure, Office 365, Windows 8 and Amazon AWS

· Provide technical engineering support for the implementation, integration, and evolution of complex systems architectures

· Provide systems statistical trending and analysis, server capacity and threshold testing, systems documentation maintenance, and the analysis and evaluation of new systems designs and technical strategies

· Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes and develop mitigation options

· Provide operations and production support to ensure continuous availability of systems

· Utilize best practices to continually evaluate system performance for possible areas of improvement

· Disaster recovery, automate backups, security analysis, and systems reviews

· Create on-going documentation of the environments as they evolve

Candidate Profile:

· A minimum of two years’ experience in supporting Windows Servers in a Microsoft platform based data center environment

· Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012, SharePoint 2013, Windows Azure, Office 365, Windows 8 and Amazon AWS

· Knowledge of application hosting and support including security concepts

· Ability to work in shifts

· Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal

· Ability to work well with others, as well as independently. Attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment

· Availability in response to needs of the customer for installation and maintenance of infrastructure

· 60% plus in 10^th , 12^th, Graduation and Post-Graduation (if applicable)
