U.S. Green Building Council awards MAQ Software’s AI Engineering Center with prestigious LEED Gold Certification

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) certified MAQ Software’s newly inaugurated AI Engineering Center in Noida with LEED Gold Certification, affirming our long-standing commitment to sustainability and innovation. You can view our official listing on the USGBC project directory.

LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a globally recognized certification program. It measures a building's environmental performance and encourages sustainable construction and operations. Achieving the Gold level signifies excellence in environmentally responsible design and operation.

At MAQ Software, sustainability guides our operations. The AI Engineering Center in Noida incorporates several eco-friendly practices:

  • A 598 KW solar power system supplies nearly 50% of the building’s energy.
  • High-performance façade design reduces heat gain and energy consumption.
  • A zero water discharge system and rainwater harvesting reduce water usage by 77%, exceeding the industry standard.
  • Heat-reflective building materials help lower surrounding ambient temperatures.
  • This certification enhances our position as a sustainability-driven partner. By optimizing energy and water usage, we’re not only reducing environmental impact—we’re also improving cost efficiency, boosting employee productivity, and accelerating high-quality delivery for our clients.

"Achieving LEED Gold Certification is an important accomplishment," says Rajeev Agarwal, Founder and Chairman of MAQ Software. "It reflects our commitment to sustainability and innovation, aligning with our clients’ and community’s values. This is just the first step in our sustainability journey, and we remain committed to adopting further practices to reduce our environmental impact. We invite our clients and community to join us in building a sustainable future."
